Watch me be unhealthy…

Okay, so I know my hubbys handwriting is impossible to read, so I’ll spell it out for you:
TARGET DIET Weight by New Years : 175
Only one serving at meal time
no food after 8pm
no more junk food at all
daily exercise
for stomach area, 20 sit ups a day
no more cheat days
think weight gain during pregnancy
think foot and ankle pain, which is tlling you it can’t support weight any more
count calories.
I came home from work around 10:30 one night to find that note waiting on me.
Granted, it is all good advise, but the thing I have the most problem with is the 1st thing.
Target weight of 175 by New years.
I currently weigh 218 (weighed this morning)
My dear hubby wants me to lose 43 pounds in a period of 5 weeks.
I kind of laughed in his face.
I’m going to lose as much as I can though, trying to reach the goal weight the husband has set for me. I’ve decided I’m either going to reach it, or get sick trying. If I reach it…horray me. If I get sick trying, maybe the hubby will realize he’s an ass and apologize.
Anyway, here is my meal plan today.
Breakfast: 1 cup coffee. (I slept past breakfast)
Lunch:
tuna salad on toast = 285 calories
Tomato soup - 180 calories
Lunch Total = 465 Calories
Supper:
Slim Fast = 230 calories
Daily Calorie Intake = 695 calories
There we go, day one, not counting water or exercise cause I’ve not drank any water or did any exercise today.

That is way too much to lose in 6 weeks! Ugh… LOL. Yeah good list now if I could follow it too…

You might lose some for a bit and then gain more cause the body thinks something drastic has happened and it has to save all it can to survive. A 1,000 calorie a day diet is as low as you should go. Drink water too, that is really important and will help you fill up if you don’t want to eat.
Good luck whatever you do. I’ve got a lot of weight to lose too but luckily I’m divorced and don’t have to make myself sick doing it.

You should remind him that anorexia is unhealthy- that is the only way I can even fathom losing 43 pounds in 5 weeks. Maybe he needs to actually do real research on healthy weight loss.
If I got a note like that I would have to castrate someone I think. Maybe after laughing in his face- but probably before.
Also- don’t go under 900 calories a day. You’ll get sick and your metabolism will slow.
